Challenge Details

A 28 day healthy living challenge.

There will be a seminar that will start the challenge on Saturday 18th January and a round up to end the challenge on Saturday 15th February.

Daily Goals

Grams of carbohydrate

This is a self mark section for grams of non-processed carbohydrate
(vegetables and fruit) consumed in a day.


  1. (10 marks) 1000+ 
  2. (8 marks) 800+
  3. (6 marks) 650+
  4. (4 marks) 500+
  • Example 887g = 8 points

Sugar consumption

This is a self mark section for grams of sugar consumed (carbohydrate of which sugars) on a nutrition label.


  1. under 20 grams (10 marks)
  2. under 30 grams (8 marks)
  3. under 40 grams (6 marks)
  4. under 50 grams (4 marks)
  • Example 28 grams = 8 marks

Water intake

Water intake (litres)​​​​

  1. 2.5 litres or more (10 marks)
  2. 2 litres or more (8 marks)
  3. 1.5 litres or more (6 marks)
  •  Example 2.33 litres (8 marks)

Leafy greens

Consumed 2 different types of leafy greens (kale, lettuce, spinach etc).

  1. Consumed 2 different types of leafy greens (10 marks)

  •  Example spinach with lunch and kale with dinner

Consumption of protein with each meal.

Weekly Goals

Exercise of 45 mins or more

Exercise of 45 mins or more. This could be a CrossFit session, a game of touch rugby, dancing etc.
