What is CrossFit?
CrossFit is constantly varied, functional movement performed at high intensity.
Let’s simplify this...
Constantly varied means that every session you come to will be different; we vary the length and type of workouts, the equipment used, and the movements involved. This helps to keep the training exciting and fun, while also keeping your body ready for the unknown and the unknowable!
Functional movements are those that we see in everyday life; standing, sitting, carrying, lifting, reaching etc. All of the skills, strength and fitness you build with us can be transferred into your everyday life.
High intensity....the full session is not going to be high intensity (don't panic), you'll typically work on a skill or strength element first and then do between 2-20 minutes of high intensity work!
